Do you support universal background checks?

— Yes. I voted for HR 8 and HR 1446.

Do you support red flag laws?

— Yes, I co-lead the Extreme Risk Protection Order Act.

Do you support banning assault weapons and high capacity magazines?

— Yes. I cosponsor the Assault Weapons Ban.

Do you support ending gun manufacturers’ legal immunity?

— Yes. I cosponsor a bill to repeal PLCAA.

Do you support banning ghost guns?

— Yes. I cosponsor HR 3088.

Do you support allowing ATF to enforce gun laws?

—Yes. I wrote legislation to repeal riders that keep ATF from cracking down on bad apple gun dealers.
